It looks like the stuffed bed bug may overcome sales of teddy bears this year as a children’s night  time cuddle toy?

A recently undiscovered bed bug painting by famed impressionist artist, Samuel Marky, has been discovered on a New York sidewalk near Central Park.  In this beautiful rendition of “Bed Bugs and Box Springs”  the artist uses his canvas to convey the overwhelming infestation of bed bugs New York City is experiencing.  This piece is set to go up for action at Christie’s auction house at the end of the month.  It is rumored that it might bring in more than $3.55.  We will have to wait and see if any more of Marky’s bed bug portraits show up on New York streets.
